Our Mission – The Kahlert Café is where coffee, community, and inclusion meet. We provide paid training and employment opportunities that help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain valuable workplace skills and confidence. Every meal served and every cup poured is a celebration of ability, opportunity, and belonging. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or taking your favorite food to go, every purchase supports meaningful employment and opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
